Es liviano, compacto, y podés tenér un pequeño trípode con soporte para celular, otro grande y ponerle otra Zapata, es genial.
Si tuviera que pedirle algo más, me hubiese gustado que el pan o paneo se pudiera hacer desde arriba de la bola, y no desde abajo. De esa forma se conseguiría poder hacer fotos panorámicas sin una Zapata de nivelación. Creo que ese sería un acierto para futuras actualizaciones

Fantastic tripods for the money. Built incredibly solid. Very small and light. However, they don’t suit me and my needs. At first I thought having small, compact but sturdy tripods would be beneficial to me. But in the end, they have 5 latches which take much longer to open and adjust than my current tripods which only have 2 latches. Also, as sturdy as they are, I still feel more comfortable leaving my equipment on my bigger, heavier tripods. Therefore, I will be returning these.

Delivered after more than 3 months after ordering and many e-mails asking where is my order. Tripod is not so light but quality is good. I would choose not this one after all
I have a Peak Design tripod and the HEPI is actually better; however, it took about 5 months to get one. Absolutely love it so far!
First impressions, the unboxing experience is incredible and the tripod seems very well built. A must have.
Received a shipping notice on 7/5 (14 days ago) and tracking data shows it has been stalled in Flushing NY since 7/8 (11 days ago). I have not been able to get any explanation of what is going on in spite of several emails to Heipi.

- The packaging was nice. Little use of plastic except for the bag over the tripod.
- The tripod seems to be very well-built. It is far lighter than my Manfrotto 190 aluminum which is nearing the end of its life with various components that need replacing.
- The ball head was the most disappointing part of the tripod. I could not get the plate to lock into the top of the ball head per the instructions. I could also not get it to mount to my camera properly because of my lens converter, which has a separate mount that gets in the way. I also saw a friend struggle with locking his camera to the ball head. It seems to be more complicated than it needs to be. And while I could get it to lock partly with my existing Arcatech plate, it was able to slide around. At any rate, I had planned on using my existing Arcatech ball head and plates since I know they work well.
- Locking and unlocking the tripod legs is a little cumbersome. I wish that it would have been a twisting system. I am curious about the durability of the plastic parts (could have been metal).
- The tripod-within-a-tripod system works very well and is a clever design.
I've not used a sandbag holder before, but the plastic bit to hold a sandbag looks to be incredibly tiny.
- The spiked feet are nice! I appreciate the clever design of tucking it into the feet of the tripod when you don't need to use them.
- The instructions were very well laid out. It's a lot to fit in and while it seemed overwhelming at first, it wasn't difficult to get the tripod set up and going.
Overall, the HEIPI tripod is a good deal for something that's carbon fiber and fairly well built, especially for the price. I do worry about component degradation over time and how they can be serviced. I typically want something to last at least 5-10 years before replacement and I've been lucky so far on most of what I own. I can't wait to take this tripod out on some long trips in the coming weeks!

La mail di conferma di spedizione del prodotto mi è arrivata il 30 giugno quindi entro il mese (al limite). La consegna è avvenuta entro i 7/12 giorni lavorativi come comunicato al momento dell'ordine. Il cavalletto si presenta solido e ben ingegnerizzato, la testa a sfera si blocca perfettamente e sopporta tranquillamente la mia attrezzatura, anche nella configurazione più pesante (Nikon D850 + 70-200 2.8 con holder e filtri da 150mm). Fortunatamente il bloccaggio è compatibile con tutte le staffe a L (con attacco arca swiss) che utilizzo sulle mie reflex. Sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto per cui è valsa la pena la lunga attesa.
The best tripod is the one you have with you. The Heipi 3-in-1 W38 is small, compact, and lightweight, but surdy for it's size and weight. Spikes at end of legs are a nice touch and for better grip ability can be replaced by longer after market ones. The centre column/mini tripod is super unique design that's not available in any other. The ball head is also professional grade. Still, Heipi 3-in-1 W28 is not as sturdy as my big, heavy one which I hardly ever take far from a house or a car. The Heipi 3-in-1 W28 tripod is the one that's in my backpack when I'm hauling my camera in a backpack, onto a plane, or on my bike, or if I'm hiking up some canyon, or an mountainside.

Solid travel tripod with a good balance of weight vs rigidity. Nice to carry something that supports a larger DSLR and lens without the added mass.
